Poko Pano's FREE WORLDWIDE DELIVERY policy provides an easy way to order with confidence. Regardless of the size of the order, Poko Pano will provide delivery at no charge to any address. (Charges apply only for special requests, such as Special / Next Day delivery or recorded delivery. *For special delivery requests contact us.)

Poko Pano is committed to dispatching orders quickly and efficiently. After credit card verification has been received, most orders will be dispatched the same business day; dispatch is guaranteed within 48 business hours (Monday-Friday 9am-5pm) of credit card verification.

A confirmation e-mail will be sent upon dispatch.

Royal Mail (First Class) Delivery in the UK: Royal Mail normally delivers next working day; otherwise delivery can be expected within 2-3 business days.

Returns

We offer a 100% guarantee that if you're in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered (including sale items) we will exchange them or give you a full refund for the items, provided that you return them to us in their original condition and packaging, unworn and unwashed, with tags and hygienic lining intact, and postmarked within 14 days of receipt. Items that have been damaged, altered, worn, washed, or dry cleaned will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

A return and exchange form is included with every order. Please complete the return form and include it with the item(s) to be returned or exchanged. All returns or exchanges must be packaged securely and shipped via a prepaid, insured, and traceable method in order to ensure safe delivery.

Upon receipt of the return/exchange, we will promptly exchange it or issue a refund to the credit card used for the original purchase. Refunds will cover the cost of the goods only; any delivery charges cannot be refunded unless the product is faulty, in which case a full refund will be given. A confirmation from Poko Pano will be sent as soon as the return/exchange has been processed.
